Awesome Program that really helps!

I had been using homemade sleep videos until I discovered this superior application. Although the free version is excellent, I am upgrading to the paid version for a few additional features.
The free version allows the ability to customise and mix your own sounds! I created a nice mix of brown noise, a cat purring and rain and immediately felt relaxed. If you have ever tried sleeping with white and brown noises or a fan, try this program and you will never want to go to bed without using it.

Furthermore, I have tinnitus and I often get headaches and easiliy irrataed by certain high frequencies, This program is a miracle for alleviating tinnitus symptoms and sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night without waking.
